Our quality plan is the foundation for a business system that ensures quality throughout the process from order entry to order fulfillment. We consistently exceed IPC benchmark surveys for customer satisfaction in return rates and on-time delivery, earning us the reputation as the low cost leader.
- All requests are evaluated to conform to the most recent level IPC 600 Standards or customer-supplied quality specifications
- Special quality reports including cross-section and TDR reports can be supplied at customer request.
- High yields and lower costs are achieved through Design For Manufacturing (DFM) reviews conducted for all new part numbers including prototypes.
- Process consistency and excellence are maintained through adherence to process and procedure manuals and multiple in-process QA/QC inspections.
